Take I-76 East toward Philadelphia.  Keep Left to take Vine Street Expressway / I-676E / US-30 E via Exit 344 toward Central Philadelphia.  Take the 8th Street Exit.  Turn Left onto North 7th Street / North Franklin Street.  Continue to follow North 7th Street.  Turn Right onto Spring Garden Street.  Turn Right onto North 4th Street.
