Practical Approach to Risk Assessment 9-11

September 11, 2019 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

$50.00 – $300.00

This seminar series is specifically designed to teach by example and provide you the tools, with the possibility of certification, to make better safety decisions for you and your company.

Learning a practical approach to a risk assessment is based on a step-by-step method of identifying risks and operator interactions on machines.  This session covers both the identification and documentation aspects of a Safety Risk Assessment by using an actual machine example.  The first half of the day will review the basics of a risk assessment and step through a process which can be followed.  The second half of the day will show where to find engineered machine safety functions and examples of best practice.

Premium admission provides each company with one copy of ISO 12100 – Safety of Machinery standard, Task-Based Risk Assessment Methodology, and a Risk Assessment template for future reference.

General admission includes all the general class handouts without the certification. An ideal option if you would like to send additional attendees from the same company.
